    Alishan (阿里山 Mount Ali) is made up of 18 mountains, including Jianshan and Zhushan, with the highest point reaching 2,663 meters above sea level. Dozens of thousand-year-old cypress trees have been found in the forest of Alishan, among which the Alishan Sacred Tree (阿里山神木) is the most famous, which is more than 3,000 years old.

    Kaohsiung (高雄) is the second-largest city after Taipei in Taiwan, located in the southwest of the island. The Port of Kaohsiung is the largest port in Taiwan, with many historical sites nearby, such as the Kaohsiung Former British Consulate (打狗英國領事館) and the Cihou Fort (旗後炮臺).

    Jiufen (九份) is a small mountain town that flourished due to gold mines and declined due to exhaustion. It has become a tourist destination in Northern Taiwan nowadays, with its fairy-tale streets and delicious food attracting visitors from different countries.
