Grand Lisboa Macau

Blooming Lotus Flower

The Grand Lisboa Macau, a large entertainment complex with hotels, casinos, gaming, leisure and dining, is a landmark of Macau with its unique shape and luxurious decoration.

The Grand Lisboa 新葡京 is another huge hotel in Macau after the Lisboa Hotel and Wynn Hotel, and is one of Macau’s major landmarks with its unforgettable appearance.

Grand Lisboa Hotel opened in 2008, the entire building is shaped like a blooming lotus flower with an Egg-Shaped Podium beneath it. Whether you are in St. Paul’s or Taipa 氹仔岛, the Grand Lisboa is one of the most eye-catching buildings on the horizon, and is currently the tallest building in Macau, except Macau Tower.

The Grand Lisboa Hotel is equipped with the world’s most luxurious facilities, a casino with nearly 1,000 gaming machines, and a wide range of restaurants from around the world, where you can enjoy a variety of regional specialties.

Manywhere Trivia:
It is said that the most profitable place in Macau is not the casino, but the pawnshop, and you know why.

The Hotel Lisboa, the older of the two Lisboa hotels, is located just across the street from the Grand Lisboa, with a bridge connecting each other. The Hotel Lisboa was built in 1970 and was formerly the largest hotel in Macau and the first five-star hotel in the city, while the Lisboa Casino was once the most popular entertainment venue of its time.

Next door to the Grand Lisboa Hotel is another approximately 160-meter-tall Bank of China Tower that housed the Macau branch of the Bank of China.

The Macau South Bay area, originally a small bay, has become one of Macau’s Busiest Area, thanks to the new, old Lisboa and Wynn entertainment centers. The convenient transportation makes it a popular destination for tourists.
